Award winning new build scheme providing 580 en-suite student bedrooms on the fringe of Leeds city centre. Designed to form a landmark building to the western approach to the city, the scale of the building has been broken down through the use of colour and steps in both plan and elevation. In order to avoid overlooking and therefore facilitate future development on adjoining sites, projecting triangular bay windows were developed which animate the east and west facades.
