Tracey joined the practice in 1993 with a strong track record in the management of architectural practices.

As well as her role as Company Secretary, Tracey takes responsibility for all aspects of the office management and development of personnel, office policies and administration within the organisation.

She has completed her diploma in Business Management in 2005 and is currently studying towards a Masters Degree in Management.
